Commission, Mini Plushie Captain Jack Sparrow

And, the final post of today, before I have to get back to work. It’s finally time to break the surprise to the always sweet . When given the choice between making her either a mini plushie of Captain Jack Sparrow from the Pirates series, or Tasuki from Fushigi Yuugi, I eventually decided on the wily pirate.

Now, I honestly wanted to make Tasuki, but there’s one key reason I didn’t; there wasn’t enough time to make two!! I’ve been going to make my sister *SalientGrey a plushie of him for some time, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Not only was he her favorite character from the series, but the two of them share the same birthday too. Still looking for someone who shares mine… besides Hitler.

But it was a pleasure doing Jack!! I got lost in the details a couple of times along the way, and had to take pictures twice because I left out a thing or two. The main pictures are of the usual way we see him, while the final one is of him in full gear like requested; pirate hat, bandana, coat, beads, compass box…

Hope you like your guy as much as I enjoyed putting him together for you, *mihijime This was such a fun commission idea!!
